40ft + 20ft High Cube Two-Story Container Home with Rooftop Terrace

The 40ft + 20ft High Cube Two-Story Container Home combines contemporary architecture with an efficient compact-living layout. The design uses a 40ft High Cube container on the ground floor and a 20ft High Cube container on the upper level , creating separate living and sleeping zones.
The ground floor features an open-plan living area with a fitted kitchen, lounge space and a full bathroom. Large glazed doors and windows provide natural light and connect the interior with the outdoor deck.
An internal spiral staircase leads to the upper level, which features a private bedroom and walk-in closet. The upper floor opens onto a large rooftop terrace designed for outdoor seating, relaxation and entertainment.
The home features insulated interiors, modern residential finishes and a distinctive black container exterior. Kitchen cabinetry, bathroom fittings, flooring, glazing and other finishes can be customized according to the customer’s requirements.
