The 24ft × 10ft Portable Site Office & Marketing Suite provides a spacious, secure and professional portable workspace for commercial, construction and client-facing applications.
At 10ft wide , the cabin provides additional internal floor area compared with a conventional 24ft × 9ft unit, making it particularly suitable for property sales offices, product showrooms, meeting spaces, site management offices and marketing suites where presentation and usable floor space are important.
Built around a heavy-duty anti-vandal steel shell , the cabin is fully refurbished and finished with an industrial-grade weather-resistant exterior coating. A neutral exterior finish is standard, with custom colour options available to suit company branding or site requirements.
The unit features two separate access points . A solid steel anti-vandal personnel door provides secure staff access, while PVC double-glazed sliding doors create a wide and welcoming client entrance while allowing additional natural light into the interior.
Natural lighting is further enhanced by five window openings , consisting of one large feature PVC window and four standard double-glazed PVC windows positioned around the cabin.
Inside, the unit is finished with hard-wearing vinyl flooring, LED ceiling lighting, a wall-mounted electric heater and multiple double electrical sockets . The electrical system is prepared for connection to an external mains electricity supply by a qualified electrician. Standard Inclusions
