This 40ft full side access high cube container is a one-trip near-new unit with the most accessible side opening in our container range — a 38ft 9in (11.84m) full-length side door with no central post . The entire long face of the container opens in a single unobstructed span, allowing machinery, vehicles, long structural materials, and oversized items to be loaded and unloaded from the side without restriction. The absence of a central post — which is required on all standard side-door containers — necessitates substantial structural reinforcement of the roof beam and floor rails, reflected in the tare weight of 6,200 kg — more than 2,200 kg heavier than a standard 40ft high cube unit — confirming the extent of the reinforcement added to maintain structural integrity without the mid-span support column. The high cube configuration provides an external height of 9ft 6in and an internal height of 8ft 10in (2,698mm), giving full-height side access across the entire 38ft 9in opening — allowing tall plant, vehicles on low loaders, and large-format industrial goods to be driven or craned in from the side without overhead clearance restrictions. The end doors remain as a standard set of double hinged doors at the rear — 7ft 4in wide × 8ft 6in tall — providing a third access point independently of the full side opening.
